Questions

What is the difference between executive coaching and counselling?

Executive coaching is a forward-focused, goal-oriented partnership that strengthens leadership effectiveness and performance, while counselling addresses emotional healing and mental health concerns rooted in past or present experiences.

What are the benefits (ROI) from executive coaching?

Executive coaching delivers strong Return-on-Investment (ROI) by accelerating leadership effectiveness, improving decision-making and resilience, strengthening relationships, and driving measurable performance and business results.

Is executive coaching only for senior leaders or can emerging leaders benefit as well?

Executive coaching benefits both senior and emerging leaders by building self-awareness, confidence, and critical leadership skills early, while also supporting experienced executives in navigating complexity, change, and high-stakes decision-making.

How frequently do executive coaching sessions occur, and what is the commitment required?

Executive coaching sessions are typically scheduled every two to four weeks, depending on the client’s goals, pace, and availability. After the initial consultation, a customized proposal is developed to align with your needs, priorities, and schedule. The primary commitment required from the client is to come prepared, be open to reflection and feedback, and actively engage in the coaching process to achieve meaningful results.
